The Guangxi Guilin Merryland Golf Club is located near the southern Chinese city of Guilin in the region of Guangxi. It was established in 2000 and boasts a 27-hole golf park consisting of three 9-hole courses, A, B, and C. American golf course architect Golden Louise was responsible for the design. Course A and course B are played as 18-hole parkland courses with par 72 and have a length of 7,072 yards Course A at the Guangxi Guilin Merryland Golf Club displays very hilly fairways with considerable inclines, several doglegs, sand bunkers, and five water hazards. Course B runs along the lake Linghu, has shorter, narrower fairways, and many greens with water. Water hazards, coming into play at nearly all holes, determine the course’s layout. Course C, opened in 2008, with par 36 and a length of 3,526yards, boasts many water hazards with island greens. The recent opened Course D with par 9 and have a length of 3,518 yards.
